“I have been a Lead Pastor for just over 2 years and in pastoral ministry for 10 years. I am bi-vocational and I work for the State of California as well as Pastor. I am married with two handsome sons. My biggest challenge was carving out time for my rest, my work and creating a rhythm that doesn’t burn me out. I felt overwhelmed like my home life was out of control. I began coaching with Andrew and through that process God has shown me that in order to have true influence, I need to honor the Sabbath and receive the much needed rest that God intended for me.
